Danh thiếp, tiếng Anh gọi là namecard (hay business card), thể hiện phong cách và thương hiệu của từng cá nhân hay công ty, nên chúng vô cùng phong phú.
Một cách đơn giản, mình chia các namecard sưu tầm ra các nhóm sau
- Name card độc đáo về thiết kế: Những namecard đẹp về màu sắc, chất liệu, ý tưởng, bố cục
- Namecard độc đáo về hình dạng: Những namecard được biến tấu ý tưởng nằm trong hình dạng của namecard, không còn ở dạng hình chữ nhật, kích thước chuẩn nữa.
- Namecard biến hình: những name card có thể lắp ghép, gấp tạo nên những hình dáng đặc biệt
Trước hết, namecard, dù là gì thì chúng cũng phải đảm bảo các yêu cầu sau
- Đầy đủ thông tin:
- Tên người sở hữu: Tất nhiên rồi, ngay cái tên "namecard" cũng đã nói lên điều đó. Đây là phần quan trọng nhất nên chúng thường được in to hoặc dùng màu tách biệt. Nhưng trong danh thiếp nó thường ở vị trí thứ 2 sau logo công ty (bạn xem thêm các vị trí trên namcard nha)
- Thông tin liên lạc cá nhân: email, số điện thoại, địa chỉ, website.. để giữ liên lạc
- Thông tin công ty: logo, các thông tin liên lạc công ty hoặc khẩu hiệu thể hiện ngành nghề hay tiêu chí công ty.
- Khuyến cáo:
- Dễ lưu giữ: Namecard có thể dọc hay ngang nhưng nên có kích thước chuẩn (90 mm x 55 mm) để có thể cho vào sổ cùng với các namecard khác.
- Dễ đọc: Namecard có font chữ nhỏ nhất không dưới 6pt
